Returns and Exchanges Policy:

Our team at Janga Art understands that online shopping has become a more convenient and popular platform for purchasing, with busy work life and family commitments.

Returns

Paintings and prints can only be returned if they are faulty or damaged on arrival and must be supported with photographs displaying the damage to the external packaging.

Please choose carefully when making a purchase. Our policy here at Janga Art does not cover change of mind purchases.

All returns must be received within 7 days of delivery and must include proof of purchase and supporting images of damage to the external packaging.

If your item has been damaged in transit, or you wish to return an item, please contact us. We endeavour to reply to all contact form submissions within 24 hours.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you are shipping a returned item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee receipt of your delivery and do not take responsibility for any lost or damaged returned items. 

Gifts

Gift cards/vouchers are transferable, but not refundable or redeemable for cash.

Gift purchases are not refundable or redeemable for cash. If the item has been purchased, marked as a gift and shipped directly to you and is returned to us, we will issue a credit voucher for the value of your return.
